To see how many chords fit a scale, and how to spell them, you look for a particular shape on the lattice. To make this easier you could physically move the chord pattern around.
To do this, print out the lattice for your favourite miracle MOS:
They use what I think is the standard ASCIIfied notation for 72-equal. Print out the chord patterns on an OHP transparency. If you don't have one of those, print on normal paper, and copy to tracing paper. Or stay with normal paper and hold it up to the light.
